These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between acce444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any feature or service offered through the acce444 website at acce444.net and any related sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise interacting with any part of acce444, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the acce444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you have provided to acce444 during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the acce444 platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Access to and use of the acce444 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. acce444 is an adult entertainment platform and is not available to minors under any circumstances. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
• Residency: The acce444 platform is designed and operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by the laws of your specific jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with acce444 or any other gambling platform. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a violation of these Terms.
• No Restricted Employment: Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, and immediate family members of acce444 or its affiliated software and content providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

acce444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds from any player at any time, including but not limited to: national identification card, passport, driver's licence, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame will result in account suspension pending review.

To access real-money gaming features on acce444, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. All submitted information must be truthful, current, and complete.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active player account on acce444 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. acce444 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, acce444 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately without prior notice;
• Void and cancel all bets, wagers, and bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts;
• Withhold or confiscate any winnings derived from duplicate account activity;
• Permanently ban the relevant player from re-registering on acce444.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acce444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. acce444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify acce444 support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: As part of our commitment to player safety, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance, acce444 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on all accounts. KYC checks may be triggered upon registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at acce444's discretion. Players must cooperate fully with the KYC process, including submitting requested documentation promptly. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Currency: All acce444 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No multi-currency accounts are available. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi bank transfer are all processed in BDT at the amount transferred, with no conversion fee applied by acce444.

acce444 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank direct transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your acce444 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider.
• acce444 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which acce444 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded if identified.
• acce444 does not accept deposits made using credit cards obtained from unverified or unsupported financial institutions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account VIP tier and the chosen payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) — within 60 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until your account KYC verification is complete and your account is in good standing.
• acce444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged during routine security reviews.
• Real-money funds deposited and not used in any gaming activity may be withdrawn subject to identity verification, at acce444's discretion, to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

acce444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional promotion-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely in relation to that promotion.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are offered at acce444's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering purposes on eligible games. Bonus funds are not available for direct withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, in-play sports bets, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• If a player withdraws funds before fulfilling the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

These seasonal promotions carry their own specific terms, prize pools, and eligibility criteria, which are communicated via the platform during the relevant promotional window.

VIP Program: The acce444 VIP loyalty program operates across five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and delivers cashback, withdrawal priority, birthday bonuses, and dedicated account management. VIP tier status and associated benefits are subject to ongoing qualification criteria and may be adjusted if a player's wagering activity falls below the relevant tier threshold during a review period.

acce444 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including for the purpose of circumventing identity or age verification.
• Money Laundering: Using acce444 as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal activity, including depositing funds from criminal proceeds and withdrawing them as purported gambling winnings.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, signals, or strategies in multiplayer card games or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or interact with the acce444 platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting discrepancies in odds across multiple betting markets or platforms in a manner designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where such activity violates the spirit of the relevant promotion or betting market terms.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and used for gaming on acce444.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your acce444 account, including sharing login credentials with family members, friends, or third-party betting services.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any software error, malfunction, misconfiguration, or unintended game behaviour to generate winnings that would not ordinarily have been available under normal operating conditions. Winnings generated through technical errors are void and will not be paid.

All content available on the acce444 platform — including but not limited to the acce444 brand name, logo, website design, typography, colour schemes, written content, graphics, icons, audio elements, video content, game interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of acce444 or is used under licence from the relevant third-party rights holders, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Microgaming.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the acce444 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer upon you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from acce444 without express written permission;
• Use the acce444 brand, logo, or trade marks in any context, including social media, websites, or printed materials, without authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any acce444 software or game content;
• Create derivative works based on any acce444 content;
• Frame or mirror the acce444 website within another website or application without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of acce444 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of these Terms and may result in legal proceedings. acce444 actively monitors for unauthorised use of its brand assets and will pursue remedies available under applicable law.

acce444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms;
• A request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure;
• Extended periods of inactivity, as defined in acce444's dormant account policy.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their acce444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all active bets are settled and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are assessed.

Dormant Accounts: An acce444 account is classified as dormant if no login or transactional activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance, to cover account maintenance costs. acce444 will notify the registered contact address before applying dormancy charges. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be archived.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from acce444 should refer to the acce444 Responsible Gaming page for full details of the self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion is irreversible and results in permanent account closure. Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register. Any account created in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed and all balances forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acce444, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the acce444 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Financial losses arising from your own gaming decisions, wagering strategies, or misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or any other third-party payment intermediary;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, tips, statistics, or predictions displayed on or linked from the acce444 platform.

acce444 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or technical defect at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of acce444 to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of commercial law. acce444 operates with the intent of fair, transparent, and good-faith dealings with all players.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and acce444, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. All formal disputes must be submitted in writing via email within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.

Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with acce444 support within 14 days of submission, you may request that the matter be escalated for internal review by acce444 management. A final written decision will be issued within a further 14 days. acce444's decision on matters relating to game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems is final and binding.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the acce444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and acce444 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
